BASIC CARE FOR ANY HAIR
Combining theoretical and practical knowledge leads us to another level of understanding how hair reacts to various environmental factors. Here, I gathered some precious things I learned from taking care of my hair all day and talking with professionals from various areas about some facts I observed and the patients told me.

Make the most of this information. Your hair will change, for the better, of course! tips
WATER TEMPERATURE Warm or cold water, never hot. In leather, hot water stimulates sebum production in the sebaceous glands, removes natural protection and leads to water loss. In the hair, it dilates the cuticle increasing the nutrient and water loss of the hair. Results: Increased oiliness (rebound effect), increased porosity, loss of shine and dryness of the leather and hair. Cold water increases the shine of the hair by constricting the cutaneous cells. Abuse it in the summer. WATER QUALITY Water with a higher amount of heavy minerals such as calcium, iron and others make hair look dry, undefined (with frizz) and heavier. If you find that the hair-washing water is not good, I recommend installing shower filters. It also has many benefits for those with sensitive or allergic skin as it filters fluorine, which is a skin sensitizing agent. HAIR PRODUCTS Give preference to using shampoos with a pH close to the scalp - around 5.5 - and conditioners around 4. Cosmetics that have too high or too low a pH can cause scalp irritation and damage to the hair shaft. Diluting the shampoo with water in a 1: 2 ratio can be a good one. Only do this at the time of application, because when you add water in a cosmetic formula, you end up altering all your safety and balance. Therefore it should not be used later! Massage in a circular motion with fairy hands. No need to apply to the length of the threads, as they are washed with the foam itself and in rinsing. By reading Calista Tools Review you can have an idea in selecting the best products that are specific to your hair type and condition . Having a well-defined routine is important. Know which products can be used daily, weekly or eventually. Know the correct way to use them. Often it is necessary to vary products during the week or from time to time. HAIR DRY When drying, never rub the towel. Wipe off excess water with your hands gently on a soft cotton towel or cloth. Apply a leave-in cream or spray, specific to your hair type, at the length of the strands before combing your hair. When combing, start from the ends (if your hair gets tangled) and do not pull or apply force. The way you leave your hair is the way it will look after it dries. Example, if you want to make it smaller and smoother, use a fine comb at the end. If you want to make it more curled at the ends, knead the ends with cotton fabric, paper towels or TNT. |
